How is my payment handled?
Payments are handled securely through my online shop powered by Squarespace Commerce. Payment methods include Visa, Mastercard & PayPal.

Shipping

I will dispatch your painting(s) within 7 working days.

I ship worldwide and use either Royal Mail tracked or Parcelforce tracked. Orders within the UK are normally delivered 2-3 working days after dispatch. Deliveries to other parts of the world will take a little longer.

Can you ship internationally?

Yes, I can ship to most countries, although it will take longer to arrive depending on your location. If your location is restricted once you get to the checkout you need a bespoke courier service. Message me with your details and the piece you would like and I can give you shipping options.
Overseas shipments (outside the UK) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.
Shipping costs contribute towards packing supplies, labour and transit.

I will be happy to keep you up to date on the progress of your order by sending you an email to let you know when it has been dispatched.

Please know there is also the option of collecting your art from my studio. Please select the collect option at checkout, I live in Blackpool Lancashire.

Returns

I hope you will love the piece of art that you have chosen. If however, you do change your mind, please email me at lucy@lucyrogerssmith.com within 14 days to discuss arrangements to return the art to me in its original state (with original frame if it was bought framed) for a full refund. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning artwork via a reputable, tracked delivery method.

I am sorry that I cannot accept returns of any original art from outside the UK at this time.

I pack artwork very carefully to avoid any mishaps in transit, and use recycled materials as much as I can. However, if your painting arrives damaged, please take a clear photograph of the damaged packaging AND damage to the art itself and email me within 7 days.

Every care has been taken to show the artwork as accurately as possible with regard to colour. The image you see online may show a slight difference due to a variation between browsers, devices and screen settings. please be aware that any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and slight inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return. No digital reproduction can quite capture the pigments in a painting, particularly certain colours.
